How we work across cities
Bengaluru is our most active market
More projects run through Bengaluru than any other city on this list — the mix of large new-build apartment stock in the eastern and northern corridors and a substantial independent housing market in the older parts of the city gives us a wide range of layouts to work against, and the mild year-round climate is kinder to timber and joinery than almost anywhere else in the country. What actually changes between cities
Not the design, and not the studio you work with — design, manufacture and quality control are centralised, so the specification standard is identical whether the project is in Bengaluru, Mumbai or a smaller city not listed here. What changes is the substrate grade behind the shutters, the hardware finish and the ventilation detail, adjusted for local humidity, water hardness and dust.
How site work is managed at a distance
A named project manager runs the site on a defined visit schedule, working within each society's own access rules — working hours, service-lift booking, debris deposits — which are confirmed before the installation date is fixed. This is the same model in every city we work in, not a different arrangement for a flagship market versus the rest.

Why is Bengaluru listed first?
It is where most of our current projects are, and the city page there carries the fullest detail — neighbourhoods, climate notes and society considerations — of any city on this site.
Do you offer the same specification in every city?
Yes. The carcass grade, hardware rating and finish options are the same nationwide; only the adjustment for local climate and water quality varies, and that adjustment is confirmed at the survey stage regardless of which city the project is in.
My city is not on this list. Can you still help?
Send the floor plan anyway. Design and manufacture are centralised and do not depend on location; the only city-specific element is site installation, which we take on outside this list where logistics allow.
Do project timelines differ meaningfully between cities?
The design and production timeline does not; site installation can, depending on society access rules and local logistics. We confirm the realistic installation window for your specific city and building during the survey rather than quoting one number for every city.
Is Bengaluru handled differently from a smaller city on this list?
Not in specification or process — only in scale. We simply run more projects there at any given time, which is why its city page carries the fullest local detail of the 45 listed.
Can I request a specific project manager or design lead by name?
Once a project is underway, yes, provided their schedule allows it — most clients simply work with whoever is assigned by location and scope, and that assignment is made before the first site visit so you know who you are dealing with from day one.
Are society NOCs and approvals handled by you or by me?
We prepare the drawings and documentation a society typically asks for; obtaining the actual NOC is usually faster coming from the resident, with us providing whatever technical paperwork is requested.

The specification standard is the same in both; what differs is local trade availability for civil work, which our project managers account for in the programme rather than in the design.

This is where projects currently run in meaningful volume. A city outside this list is not declined — design and manufacture do not depend on it — but the site logistics are worked out case by case rather than against an established local process.
