Getting started
What do you need from me to begin?
The builder's floor plan if you have it, an idea of the scope, and a rough budget band. We can work from a measured survey if there is no drawing.
Do you work on single rooms?
Yes. A kitchen or a set of wardrobes is a normal scope. Whole-home projects get better coordination and usually cost 10–15% less than the same rooms done in phases.
How soon can work start?
Design typically takes two to four weeks depending on scope, then production begins at sign-off. The programme runs from sign-off, not from the first conversation.

Can I mix two of the six house styles?
Within reason. The styles are coherent palettes rather than rules, and most finished homes borrow across two. What does not work is switching palette room to room in one sightline.
Will you tell me if my idea is a bad one?
Yes. If a layout will not work at your dimensions we will say so and show you why, then draw the alternative.
Do I get drawings or just renders?
Plans, elevations and a material schedule, plus visuals. The schedule is what the estimate is priced against.

What carcass material do you use?
BWR ply for bedrooms and living areas, BWP marine ply for kitchens, bathrooms and anything on an external wall — 18mm, edge-banded on all four sides.
Which hardware do you specify?
Hinges and runners rated to the load and cycle count the unit actually sees. The make and rating are named in your material schedule rather than left generic.
How do you handle humidity and monsoon?
Ventilated wardrobe carcasses, sealed cut edges, a sealed plinth or wall-hung units, and an air gap behind joinery on external walls.

Money & guarantees
How is payment staged?
Against verifiable milestones — design sign-off, factory release, delivery, installation and handover — rather than against dates.
What is covered by the warranty?
Modular carcasses, factory finishes, edge banding and the hardware we supply, under normal domestic use. The full terms and exclusions are in your contract.
What if the programme slips?
We tell you early and say why. Most slippage comes from changes after sign-off, which is exactly why the sign-off drawing matters.
