A warranty is only as good as what it names.
Ours is written against the components that actually fail — hinges, runners, edge banding and factory finishes — with the terms stated in writing rather than claimed on a banner.

What the warranty actually says
What is covered
Modular carcasses, factory-applied shutter finishes, edge banding, and hinges and runners supplied by us — against manufacturing defect and delamination under normal domestic use. The specific term and the component list are stated in your contract, not inferred from an asterisk.
What is not covered
Water ingress from a building or plumbing failure, damage from overloading beyond a runner's rated capacity, alterations by a third party, and normal wear on handles and moving parts. Natural stone and solid timber vary in colour and grain by nature — that is a characteristic, not a defect.
Aftercare that actually extends the life
Hinges have three-way adjustment and benefit from an annual ten-minute check. Keep the sink base ventilated and dry, wipe spills off edge banding immediately, and never use abrasive cleaner on acrylic or lacquer.
How a claim works
Report it with photographs and the room reference from your handover pack. We inspect, and where it is a covered defect we repair or replace the component rather than asking you to live with it.

About the warranty
What does 'lifetime warranty' mean in practice?
It applies to the modular cabinetry, hardware and factory finishes we supply, under normal domestic use, for as long as you own the home. It is not a blanket cover on everything in the project — appliances, stone and soft furnishing carry their own manufacturer terms.
Does the warranty transfer if I sell?
The component warranties are tied to the installation. Transferability depends on the terms in your contract, so raise it at sign-off if it matters to you.
How long do hinges and runners actually last?
Good European hinges are rated to around 80,000 cycles and quality runners to 60,000 — roughly twenty years of normal use. Annual adjustment is what gets them there.
What maintenance is required to keep cover valid?
Nothing onerous: keep wet areas ventilated, do not overload drawers beyond their rating, and do not modify the installation. Reasonable care is the standard.
