We measure the flat, walk it with you, and write down what the project actually has to achieve — how many people, how you cook, what you own and where it currently lives.

About the process
How long does a project take?
45 days from design sign-off for a standard 2 BHK scope, 55–75 days for a 3–4 BHK, longer where there is civil work, stone or bespoke furniture. Delays almost always come from changes made after sign-off.
What is fixed at sign-off?
Layout, carcass sizes and electrical positions, because the factory cuts to that drawing. Finishes and hardware can often still change within the same price band until production release.
Can we live in the house during the work?
For a single-room scope, yes. For a full home it is far better not to — ceiling and civil dust travels through the whole flat and the programme stretches considerably.
Who supervises the site?
A named site supervisor with a defined visit schedule, plus your designer at the key installation milestones. Projects go wrong in the gap between the drawing and the installer's interpretation.
What happens at handover?
Snagging is closed before handover, not listed at it. You receive a documented drawing set, the material schedule and the warranty terms in writing.
